Goodbye Winter - Hello 91 Days of Spring

Wow, cannot believe today is the last day of winter; the weather out here has been rather warm, around 29 -31º centigrade,  though the nights can still be slightly cool, around 16º.

My plans for spring are to take a photograph a day, for 91 days of spring, at this stage no theme to the photos,  just random ones that take my fancy on a daily basis. They will be taken with my Samsung Galaxy Note, as I have somehow lost or mislaid my camera.

My sewing plans are to (try)  and keep up with my BOMs and the Compass Quilters and Possum Magic.

Anyhow, I am going to gather some hand sewing, a cup (or I should say pot) decaf tea, and settle back and watch ANZAC Girls.

These blocks I received from some oc the Possum Magic group,  warm hugs to you ladies (I would mention your names,  but not sure re privacy issues whether or not to name the ladies).

Thank you for taking time to stop by. Happy stitching. Sharon

  1. I'd never thought of how many days of spring there are. You'll enjoy taking a photo a day, a great way to celebrate spring. Your snowball blocks are wonderful!

Your photography project sounds like fun. I have never tried to do something like that.

    1. I only hope to be able to keep it up for the whole 91 days, I am setting myself challenges to come out of my comfort zone.
